Carrying out an Organisational Assessment makes sense when problems arise at multiple fronts and instead of going away they become sticky and multiply. This is a clear indication of organisational misalignment, which may be caused by an array of exterior or interior factors.

The Organisational Assessment presupposes that the company and its stakeholders have all the knowledge it takes to succeed. A consultant like myself takes the role of a experienced facilitator, who assesses key data and documents but most importantly talks to management, key employee and clients. The consultant brings along methodical knowledge, helpful frameworks, industry knowledge and a good listening ear. He/she then aggregates the information from the key stakeholders into a clear imperative for change, target model and subsequent implementation roadmap.

Depending on the scale and scope of the assessment it can take typically between 6 or 12 weeks.
